Self-adhesive labeling machines should achieve visual effects. One of them is to avoid warping in labeling. Label the tube before it is filled, and then fill and seal it after it is filled. The heating during the sealing process is particularly severe for the label. The closer the label is to the bottom, the more likely it is to warp. In practical applications, almost every manufacturer has similar problems, and the solutions are various:
(1) Increase the viscosity of the label and make the label stick firmly. To achieve this effect, we need to consider the following aspects:
鈶營(yíng)mprove the surface quality of the applied hose. Most products have varnish on the surface, which will increase the difficulty of labeling. Exudation of the contents, micro-holes in the tube wall, etc. will cause the label to warp. How to avoid such problems should be considered by everyone. A more important question.

鈶ontrol the temperature during labeling. Increasing the labeling temperature will improve the labeling effect, because as the temperature increases, the activity of the substance inside the object will increase, and the label will more easily fuse with the tube.
(2) Use soft label materials as much as possible, and good label ductility will greatly improve warping.
(3) Change the shape of the label.
Make the bottom end of the label arc-shaped, and try to avoid the end deformation area. Of course, the arc cannot be opened too deep, otherwise wrinkles are easily caused due to the problem of the label itself, adding unnecessary trouble. For the special-shaped capping, the shape of the label needs to be changed accordingly, which can not only avoid warping, but also increase the aesthetics.
(4) Eliminate the influence of static electricity.
Static electricity is easily generated during the labeling process, which will affect the labeling effect. Properly increasing the humidity at the labeling site will improve to some extent. Using an ion fan is also an effective solution. The self-adhesive labeling machine is equipped with an automatic humidity control. It can also control the cleanliness of the equipment independently to keep the label away from dust and improve the labeling quality of the product. In this way, there is no longer the phenomenon of warping in the labeling process, and the visual effect is achieved.
