PVC heat-shrinkable film is made by mixing PVC resin with more than a dozen kinds of auxiliary materials and then inflating it twice. 1) PVC heat shrinkable film products are different from soft and hard. In general, PVC products with a dosage of less than 10 PHR in the formula are called hard products; PVC products with a dosage of 10 to 40 PHR are called semi-rigid products; the amount of plasticizer exceeding 40 PHR PVC products are called soft products.
2) Because PVC is a heat-sensitive plastic, there must be no heat stabilizer in the formula. In general PVC formulations, the amount of heat stabilizer is 5 to 8 PHR. If there is less heat stabilizer, it is not enough to hinder the differentiation of PVC at the temperature of hot melt molding; if there is more heat stabilizer, it will increase the temperature of hot melt activity.
3) In order to improve the melt processability of PVC and the melt processability of the PVC formula, processing aids should be added to the PVC formula. Practice has proved that hard PVC products cannot be melt-molded without processing aids, and soft PVC products without or lacking processing aids are also difficult to form.
PVC shrink film can be made into tubular film, L-shaped fold film according to requirements, and can be processed into tubular bags, flat bags, etc., with high strength and large elastic tensile force, can be wrapped tightly to any geometric shape of goods, and can avoid binding.
